Great location and super friendly staff made our stay awesome! We spent 2 days here and had a really nice time. 😊

All staff were courteous, friendly & helpful The room smelled pleasant & was clean.

Our room door #313 was loose & the privacy latch was broken. A little pricey for the location.

Decent place for exploring Kearney. A recently renovated and quiet hotel in a favourable setting with lots of little extras. Location just next door to surrounding areas, So close to Worlds of Fun and restaurants:)))

The staff here is super helpful 💁‍♂️, they can wake you up for free and even iron your clothes. The pool area is pretty cool too.

We come in late and find our room has been invaded by bugs. At midnight I realize we aren't going to sleep knowing they are there. My husband goes to the front desk for bug spray. The worker brought some kid of spray not bug spray so I had to stand there and squash enough of them I felt my daughter could sleep. Overall not happy. If my sister wouldn't have had a full house already I would have left to stay with her.

customer service was excellent, they let us check in early so we could go to the Nascar race, also it was very quiet so we could sleep

Breakfast only lasted 2 hours, The Pool and Hot Tub closed down early 10PM

This place has a convenient location for the event I was attending, and within a 20-minute walk, there is Stables Grill for some great shots.

They put signs up for my daughter's birthday. It was awesome

Good selection of breakfast items.

Coffee very weak, basically brown water. Our bathroon was not very clean.

I enjoyed a satisfying breakfast with juicy sausage and fluffy scrambled eggs. The room I stayed in was spacious, complete with handy storage solutions and a convenient phone. 🍳

Conveniently near highway

Ac made horrible noise while on, so we had to turn it off which of course made it hot. So either way we couldn't sleep due to either the noise or heat.

Loved the breakfast, and the front desk attendant gave us tylenol in middle of night when we needed some and had asked if the hotel had any. Very sweet lady, made the whole stay pleasant.

Did not like pets walking around, but hotel was very clean so we tolerated it.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and huge with newly renovated bathrooms. All the staff is very amiable and engaged to make your stay really good. The hotel offers a marvelous and comfy location really close to restaurants, fast food, banks, and Jesse James sites.

The bed was very comfortable. The heat and cool worked well. The Spa was very nice. Robin the assistant manager was a very pleasant person to work with. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is very efficient.

The TV was very difficult to turn on and off. However, we were able to watch it after several trys.

It was clean. I look in the hallways and along the floor and see if it is clean. Nice!

The breakfast wasn't what I expected. When I looked at pictures of the hotel when I booked it showed eggs on the breakfast counter. There wasn't any eggs and the juice machine didn't work.
